Our Rates and Policies are:
Basic Shop Rate: $75.00 per hour
Annual or 100-Hour Inspections:
$899.00 flat-rate for most Light Fixed-Gear Singles
$1,125.00 flat-rate for most Retractable Singles
$1,650.00 flat-rate for most Piston Twins
We reserve the right to charge actual shop labor for unusual, difficult to service, or dilapidated aircraft.
Flat-rate inspection pricing includes AD compliance review, removal and reinstallation of all necessary inspection covers, cowlings, and interior trim where required.
Flat-rate inspection pricing also includes airframe lubrication, draining of oil and refill with W100, opening and inspection of oil filter, and replacement of oil filter. Premium oils are at additional charge at customer's request.
Owner-assistance: Welcomed! with scheduling approval. If our shop is very busy, we reserve the right to limit your assistance to opening & removal of parts and panels only.
Owner-supplied parts: We accept new or yellow-tagged parts ONLY. We reserve the right to bill for labor spent verifying the airworthiness of a part.
Payment Methods: We are pleased to accept cash, check, debit card, mastercard, visa, american express, and discover.
Timing: For Inspections, we request payment before work can commence. Once we have delivered you an estimate and squawk list, we request 50% of the estimated work before beginning, with the final 50% upon work completion.
