Our Rates and Policies are:

Basic Shop Rate: $79.00 per hour

Annual or 100-Hour Inspections:

Generally speaking, our rates are:

$800 – Cessna 150, Grumman Yankee or similar

$950 – Piper Cherokee, Cessna 172, Cardinal Fixed or similar

$1400 – Mooney M20 Series, Cardinal RG or similar

$1500 – Bonanza (Normally Aspirated) or similar

$1800 – Cessna 210 (Turbo or Non-turbo), Piper Saratoga, TA Turbo A36 or similar

$1950 – Beech Baron, Cessna 310 or similar

$2250 – Cessna 400 Series or similar

We reserve the right to charge actual shop labor for unusual, difficult to service, or dilapidated aircraft.

Flat-rate inspection pricing includes AD compliance review, removal and reinstallation of all necessary inspection covers, cowlings, and interior trim where required.

Flat-rate inspection pricing also includes airframe lubrication, draining of oil and refill with W100, opening and inspection of oil filter, and replacement of oil filter. Premium oils are at additional charge at customer's request.

Owner-assistance: Welcomed! with scheduling approval. If our shop is very busy, we reserve the right to limit your assistance to opening & removal of parts and panels only.

Owner-supplied parts: We accept new or yellow-tagged parts ONLY. We reserve the right to bill for labor spent verifying the airworthiness of a part.
